You give us the property details, including the reports and info the agent has given you. We then do our own research and calculations and prepare your tailored report. We will then have a call with you to discuss the results.
The best time to reach out is as soon as you start thinking about buying an investment property. This gives us time to complete the upfront analysis—your borrowing capacity, target purchase price, and the most suitable ownership structure (individual, trust, company, SMSF)—so you’re clear on your options before you begin inspecting properties. We can also map out tax-minimisation opportunities early, which is often where the biggest long-term savings are found.

Our role is to independently assess the numbers behind an investment property — cash flow, tax impact, and long-term scenarios — so you can make an informed decision before you buy.
We deliberately stay in our lane. We are Mortgage Brokers and Chartered Accountants, focused on objective, numbers-based analysis rather than product sales.
1. Flat Fee: $495 per report — payable once you’re 100% happy with the report we prepared for you. Fully refundable if you become a Mortgage Broking Client.
2. Free & Unlimited: If you become a client of our Mortgage Broking service, you can have all your properties checked at no cost. Multiple properties can be reviewed without paying for each one, giving you peace of mind before you invest.
Our mortgage broking business subsidises the time and expertise involved in producing these reports. This allows us to provide high-quality, Chartered Accountant-led analysis without any sales of property, commissions, or financial products.

Over the past 30+ years, I’ve worked in finance, investment analysis, valuations, lending, and management consulting—handling large corporate transactions.
Since 2015, I’ve been bringing those corporate analytical skills to help clients make confident, numbers-based financial decisions.
I don’t sell property or refer clients to buyer’s agents or developers.
